Empowering professionals to confidently manage crisis situations with practical, real-world training and support.

You’re Supporting Clients in Crisis. But Who’s Supporting You?
Grounded supervision, real-world tools, and practical training for helping professionals who work with suicidal clients—especially if you’re new or feeling overwhelmed.
Nobody Prepared You for This Part of the Job
You’ve read the textbooks. You know the theory. But when a client says, “I don’t want to live anymore,” you freeze.
Your heart races. Your mind blanks. You second-guess everything.
You want to help, but you don’t want to say the wrong thing. You want to be calm, but you’re silently panicking. You want to do this right—but you’re not sure what „right” even looks like.
You’re not alone. And it doesn’t have to stay this way.

Hi, I’m Zuzanna and i teach helping professionals how to stay steady when things get hard.
Since 2015, I’ve been working in crisis intervention within the NHS, specializing in suicide risk assessment and crisis management, in high-pressure environments like A&E.
Every week, I sit with people in deep distress. And I supervise professionals who are just starting to do the same.
I know what it’s like to carry the emotional weight of this work. I know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed with responsibility.
That’s why I’ve created a space just for you.
Whether you’re brand new to the profession or just new to crisis work, I’ll help you feel less alone—and way more equipped.
As a suicide risk assessor, I work daily on the frontline of mental health crises.
Drawing from this experience—and my training as a clinical supervisor, certified SFBT and Single-Session Therapy practitioner—I equip doctors, student nurses, and frontline staff to navigate suicide-related conversations with confidence, calm, and clinical clarity.
